by RCSP

In the next episode of the “Dilemma” podcast, dedicated to security issues, these questions are analyzed by cartographer, honorary doctor of National Academy of Sciences of Republic of Armenia Ruben Galichyan, journalist David Galstyan, and head of the Research Center on Security Policy, Areg Kochinyan.

  • What do we understand by the term “delimitation”?
  • Which maps should serve as the basis for border delimitation and demarcation?
  • By laying claims to the border villages of Tavush, what strategic issues is Azerbaijan trying to resolve?
  • Do the rhetoric of the parties and the process of negotiations match?”
  • Was there ever a trend to create problematic maps with contested borders from the very beginning?
  • Is there a delimitation issue on the Armenian-Georgian border?

Ruben Galichyan

Davit Galstyan

Areg Kochinyan
