Robert Ghevondyan, an expert at the Research Center on Security Policy (RCSP), took part in a televised debate on Shant TV, discussing the proposed amendments to Armenia’s mandatory military service law. He was joined by Avetik Kerobyan, former Chair of the Military-Industrial Committee of the Ministry of High-Tech Industry of Armenia.
