Many will recall the triumphant assessments of the April War in 2016 and the myths woven around the outcomes of the war…

…First, it must be clearly noted that the numerous “what ifs” are far too many to give a reasonable assessment of the war. In a grotesque sense, “if the Armenian side had nuclear weapons with a proper carrier, perhaps the victory would have been even more impressive”…

…It is important to acknowledge that the tools used to confront both the April War and the 44-day War are the same—they are disconnected from reality.
