The situation that exists in Artsakh, I think, will give both Russia and Azerbaijan an opportunity to win over and keep people. Maybe not 5,000 or 10,000, but rather 1,000 or 500 people.”

I think that both Azerbaijan and the Russian Federation are interested in having some Armenian population remain in Artsakh.”
