In a conversation with Radio Liberty, RCSP President Areg Kochinyan discussed the latest developments in Armenian-Azerbaijani relations and other geopolitical issues.
In particular, referring to the RA Prime Minister’s interview with Armenpress, he noted that it reflects the slowdown in the ongoing processes in Armenian-Azerbaijani relations and cannot be interpreted as a warning of war. According to the political scientist, the probability of the resumption of military operations is currently relatively low.
