Robert Ghevondyan, an expert at the Research Center on Security Policy (RCSP), in an interview with Zarkerak news outlet, addressed the arrest of Russian businessman of Armenian descent Samvel Karapetyan, noting its possible political motives and consequences.
Ghevondyan emphasized that the involvement of a citizen of the Russian Federation in Armenia’s domestic political processes is unacceptable.
