“For both mediators, the focus will not be on how the conflict is resolved, but rather on who assumes the role of mediator and who will either take the conflict closer to resolution or cause it to stagnate, in other words, who will hold the keys to the conflict.

Armenia, finding itself in the midst of growing competition between the platforms of Brussels and Moscow, will face new challenges but also some opportunities.”
