Now, the main objectives for both Russia and Turkey are to keep the local states as suppressed as possible while maintaining the positions they have gained at the expense of their sovereignty, and to keep the West out of local developments as much as possible and preserve the “privileges” they have acquired at the expense of their withdrawal…
…The most negative outcome of all this for Armenia is that the reaffirmed “masters” of the region and their goals bring the most serious challenges.”
