Research center on security policy has initiated a project entitled “Crafting a more resilient democracy”. It includes a series of separate events (project components) that will be aimed at contributing to the formation of the resilience of the democratic system and the possibility of sovereign choice of this country.
The project aims primarily to involve young people and raise public awareness through media platforms on democratic processes, advocate for peace, reforms and proactive policies.
The project consists of 4 key initiatives.
- Through “One minute on what’s important” video shorts, which is the first component of the project, we will address our positions on advocating for peace with neighboring countries, Armenia’s resilience, elimination of vulnerabilities, Armenia’s alignment with Euro-Atlantic integration and a number of other topics.
- The next component is the creation of the online journal “Democratic Security”, which will take research and analytical thinking to a different level and attract new experts as associate members of the organization.
- Within the framework of the initiative, it is intended to create “Boosting up the resilience of Armenia with homework” (Policy paper) aimed at increasing Armenia’s resilience. It will allow representatives of various Govermental departments to get acquainted with experts analyzes and practical recommendations.
- The last component of the project is the “RCSP talks”, a series of meetings at the initiative of our organisation, with accredited diplomats, politicians, representatives of civil society and the media community.
