Is there at least something behind all these statements?

Do the statements, revelations, accusations that we witness day by day have any connection with each other, are they links, or measures serving a single unified program or goal?

Are these steps on the way to achieving a strategic goal? In general, is there a clearly formulated strategy, or is all this simply opportunistic speeches and emotional outbursts? If there is such a strategic goal, then what is it?
