What should the CSTO do if even the CSTO Collective Security Council doesn’t acknowledge that there has been an invasion of Armenia’s sovereign territory, occupation of its territories, and bombing of military and civilian infrastructure…?

…The CSTO Collective Security Council session in Yerevan was another act in the polarization between CSTO and Armenia, with the important nuance that it’s the CSTO moving away from Armenia, not vice versa.
