Even the most secret materials kept in the archive will at some point lose their edge and significance or the political expediency of remaining secret and will be published. Destroying them without publication is a crime not only against history and justice but also a dangerous practice far from democratic and legal systems and more characteristic of our CSTO ally states…
…The vacant role of the parliamentary opposition has become the main obstacle in our state-building and democratic development. Without a real, active, and Armenia-centric opposition, forgive me, but the parliament is dead.
