What CSTO really is? Armenia’s problem is elsewhere

First of all, it is necessary to record that the content of the CSTO does not correspond to any of its name’s words…

…The CSTO, in Russia’s formulation, is its “legitimate” sphere of interest, a legal barrier to realizing power solutions in it and a convenient additional platform for working individually with each state…

…It is necessary to record once and for all that the CSTO is not about collective security and, at least by this, it will never fulfill its obligations towards Armenia, only because they are  written on paper.
