Dilemma 12. Counterintelligence

The twelfth episode of the “Dilemma” podcast dedicated to security issues focuses on counterintelligence, the formation and work of special services, the question of whether their main function is punitive or preventive, the role of counterintelligence in relations between “permanent” friend and enemy states, as well as in regulating propaganda and information technologies.
