by RCSP

The next episode of the security-focused “Dilemma” podcast covers Armenia-Iran relations, civilizational similarities and differences, cautious policy and expectation management, gas import possibilities and relations with Russia, as well as harsh statements regarding the corridor.

The program guests are Anna Davtyan-Gevorgyan, researcher at the Center for Civilizational and Cultural Studies, Iran expert, and international relations expert Alen Shadunts. The conversation is hosted by Areg Kochinyan, head of the  Research Center on Security Policy.

Anna Davtyan-Gevorgyan

Alen Shadunts

For Iran, it is more preferable to have Russia’s dominance in Armenia than that of the West, US, EU, or Turkey.”

Areg Kochinyan

“It is obvious that most of the challenges in Armenian-Iranian relations are political in nature, requiring political planning, strategy, and political decisions.”
