We need to communicate with Baku to remove Russia’s participation from our relationship regulation 

RCSP President Areg Kochinyan, in a conversation with Civic.am, addressed the recent Armenia-US developments and regional stability challenges.

According to the political scientist, Armenia should prefer direct bilateral negotiations with Baku, aiming to exit the November 9 document and exclude Russia’s participation from the process. 

Kochinyan assesses the probability of a new possible conflict as low, taking into account the international conjuncture and current positions of international actors.
