During Public Radio’s “Without Subtext” program, RCSP head Areg Kochinyan analyzed the causes of recent tensions in Russian-Azerbaijani relations and regional geopolitical developments.
According to Kochinyan, the view of Russian “useful idiots” in Armenia that the Russian-Azerbaijani tension should be exploited could serve as a basis for Russia to provoke new tensions in the region.
