Armenia Is a Unique Country That Will Hold Joint Exercises with Both the U.S. and Iran: U.S. Troops Do Not Pose a Threat to Tehran

by RCSP

RCSP associate expert Narek Minasyan, appearing on Factor TV, spoke about the potential signing of a peace treaty between Armenia and Azerbaijan, analyzing Azerbaijan’s current stance and its accompanying preconditions.

According to Minasyan, the Azerbaijani side has not demonstrated sufficient political will, and under current conditions, only the new U.S. administration may succeed in steering Baku toward a more constructive approach.

“Despite the encouraging signals coming from Washington, there is still no clear decision on full participation in the process,” he noted.

Minasyan also emphasized the importance of Armenian-Iranian joint military drills, viewing them as part of Armenia’s balanced foreign policy strategy.
