On Public Television, I addressed Azerbaijan’s shootings in Syunik, also analyzing the international responses that preceded the incident — especially calls to preserve peace in the region and prevent conflicts.
I spoke about the complexities of negotiations regarding the unblocking of regional railway connections, and the possibility of constitutional amendments from the perspective of domestic political stability. I also addressed Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov’s visit to Armenia, presenting its key messages and regional context.
