Vanetsyan, Mikayel Minasyan, and Others Should Form a Government in Exile; Their Fight is Unrealistic

by RCSP

In Armenia’s Parliament, a “mask debate” took place between the opposition and the ruling majority. Opposition MPs Gevorg Petrosyan and Edmon Marukyan protested against the mandatory wearing of masks. The question arises as to how legitimate this internal political content is in Armenia, as well as the behavior and agendas of forces that position themselves as opposition. The primary responsibility for substantive work lies with the political majority. But who will hold this majority accountable in terms of political responsibility?

To discuss these issues, “First News” spoke with political analyst Areg Kochinyan and co-founder of the Democratic Coalition Initiative Suren Petrosyan.
