RCSP expert Robert Ghevondyan participated in a debate dedicated to the Armenian Prime Minister’s planned visit to Moscow on May 9.
“The statehood of the Republic of Armenia should be viewed as an inviolable value, and being surrounded by authoritarian countries will inevitably have a negative impact,” Ghevondyan noted.
