What’s on the Negotiation Table?

Before addressing the proposals on the table, it’s necessary to note that the proposals should be examined in their entirety. Under no circumstances should we take the part of the proposal that we like and ignore the rest. They won’t disappear by being ignored or disregarded. And although the proposals also concern Artsakh, they don’t start and end only with Artsakh…

…Whether these points can be incorporated into a single unified document, and whether it will be better than the Russian one, it’s too early to say, just as it’s early to talk about the Western or American version as an established fact, but there are things that can be asserted even now.
