“Personal cybersecurity should probably be seen as equivalent to hygiene. When going about your daily activities, you should be the first to think about your own safety; the same goes for your information security. When we talk about the Artsakh War and our vulnerabilities in various areas, we need to understand that you don’t have to be in a war to be vulnerable. Failing to maintain basic ‘hygiene’ in cybersecurity can lead to financial losses, leaks of personal data, and even situations where this information can be used for blackmail.”

“To avoid restrictions on freedoms, in my view, it’s essential to have comprehensive laws for every aspect. For instance, if we establish a body, its authority should not be defined by decisions of the Prime Minister, the government, or by-laws… but instead should be determined solely by laws passed by the National Assembly, ensuring clarity.”
