“Turkey’s statements should be understood in the following logic. Essentially, Turkey and its Caucasian ally have managed to change the status quo in the region through the use of brute force. Now they have one priority: consolidating this status quo change in the field of international relations and geopolitical processes. For this, certain stability is necessary.
In other words, the violence used against Artsakh and Armenia, and the successes they recorded through that violence, now require them to have certain stability so that the gains they have managed to achieve can be consolidated at the geopolitical table as an achievement.”
