Our biggest challenge is our near-total inability to respond to the challenges facing us at this moment. This view was expressed by military-political expert Areg Kochinyan during an expert discussion titled “Security Sector Challenges and the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia”.
“Our security system is either already collapsed or very close to collapse,” Kochinyan noted.
