by RCSP

According to military-political expert Areg Kochinyan, the Brussels meeting was important because after the 44-day war, a trilateral format was created, which is actually quadrilateral (referring to Turkey – ed.), and does not serve Armenia’s neither long-term nor medium-term interests.

“At the same time, after the 44-day war, Armenia did not have opportunities to mitigate the processes occurring in this quadrilateral format, so it was very important that there be a parallel process,” he said.
