Azerbaijan is arming itself unprecedentedly – it has an aggression plan: if it’s assured the US won’t intervene, they’ll take that step 

In a conversation with Factor TV, RCSP-associated expert Narek Minasyan addressed Armenia’s EU integration process, the challenges on that path, and possible issues. 

Minasyan also addressed the priorities of the new US administration and its possible policy in the South Caucasus. According to his assessment, the US plays a restraining role in the context of Azerbaijan’s maximalist policy, and the clear messages sent by the Trump administration are essential in preventing possible escalations.
