The struggle over Artsakh continues: Moscow is not interested in Yerevan normalizing ties with Baku and Ankara

In an interview with Noyan Tapan, RCSP associate expert Samvel Meliksetyan examined the Armenia–Azerbaijan normalization process, also addressing key issues of international significance.

Meliksetyan asserted that if the new U.S. administration exhibits sufficient interest, the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict may have the highest potential for resolution among all current active conflicts, as it has passed its most acute phase and the relative political weight and resources of the parties are incomparable to those of the U.S.
