“Caucasus Now with Orkhan Amashov” – Azerbaijan-Armenia Peace Agreement Finalized, Preconditions Remain

Within the framework of the “Caucasus Now with Orkhan Amashov” program, the RCSP President discussed with political scientist Ahmad Alili, analyzing the political situation around the peace agreement and the parties’ positions in the peace establishment process.

Kochinyan emphasized Armenia’s readiness to sign the peace agreement, while in Azerbaijan’s case, it is obvious that they are avoiding it and putting forward ureasonable preconditions.
