A Direct Dialogue Without Third Parties: Experts on the Tirana Meeting Between Pashinyan and Aliyev

As part of a joint initiative by the Press Clubs of Yerevan and Baku, Director of the Research Center on Security Policy, Areg Kochinyan, held a discussion with Azerbaijani political analyst Farhad Mammadov.

The experts addressed the unofficial meeting between the leaders of Armenia and Azerbaijan in Tirana, the Armenian Prime Minister’s interview with an Azerbaijani television channel, as well as the evolving dynamics of regional relations.
